Dr. Richard Overman, born in 1957, has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Master of Science in Science Education, and a Doctorate in Biblical Studies. Rich has over 30 years engineering experience. In 1992, he and Ginger accepted a call by God into a creation ministry. This led to the formation of Creation Education Resources in 1994 where he is a researcher, lecturer, teacher, and president. Rich has spoken to numerous churches, Home School Groups, technical conferences, and the International Conference on Creationism. Rich has also published articles in technical journals and magazines about engineering, creation science, and other topics.
